Request a total for your route and dates. Helicopter hire depends on aircraft availability, positioning, minimum billing, landing arrangements and the return plan. An hourly rate alone does not establish the full trip cost; ask for the inclusions and any additional charges in writing.

Yes. Quotes are itemised and include the aircraft, crew, fuel, FBO/handling and applicable GST. Optional extras — ground transfers, special catering, decor or international permits — are listed separately so nothing is hidden.

An empty leg is a one-way repositioning flight an aircraft must fly anyway — often discounted significantly because the operator would otherwise fly it empty. If your dates are flexible, ask our concierge to flag empty legs that match your route.

Private jets operate from a dedicated FBO (Fixed Base Operator) terminal, separate from commercial departures — no queues, no public lounge. You typically arrive 20–30 minutes before departure.

FlightKlub focuses on South India helicopter planning and does not currently arrange North India helicopter charters. Common uses are city-to-city hops, airport transfers, scenic tours, pilgrimage and temple visits, resort and yacht transfers, and wedding arrivals. Helicopters reach helipads that fixed-wing aircraft and roads can't.

Most charter helicopters in India seat 4–6 passengers depending on the model and luggage. For larger groups we coordinate multiple helicopters in rotation.

Usually yes, if there is a safe, clear landing area. Resorts, palaces, farmhouses and open grounds commonly work. Temporary helipads need permission and a site check, which FlightKlub arranges — allow 2–4 weeks for venue helipads.
